Southwest Carbon Black launches activities to control idlesse and raise efficiency

China Rubber Group Carbon Black Research & Design Institute (CCBI) launched performance accountability activity to control idlesse and raise efficiency from March 15 to May 15, which aimed to solve problems among the staff, including low working efficiency, unprofessional working style and low standards. The activity integrated the spirit of the activity conducted by Zigong city to control idlesse and raise efficiency; strengthened the employees' awareness on crisis and responsibility, improved their study skills and raised efficiency. 

CCBI set up a leading group for the activity to ensure economic development and management work, such as, economic responsibility system, performance assessment, improvement, and labor discipline. It integrated principles and comprehensive control, education and punishment, ordinary and annual appraisal, as well as accountability system and mechanism perfection. CCBI carried out investigation to find problems, held criticism and self-criticism meeting, worked out rectification and improvement reports and promised to set good examples, hoping that the activity could follow each step and be successful.
